(1) North Koreans do not have microwaves. (2) they don't have fluoride in the water, or tooth paste. So basically you would be promoting tooth decay. (3) North Korea has a million man army. As well as a heavily armed anti artillery battery, given to them by the Chinese/ supplied by Russia. So basically your "C130" cargo plane would be shot out of the air.
